Who is responsible for processing?
Novabiom is responsible for processing all uses of the website.
Novabiom therefore determines why and how personal data is used. This involves responding to your contact requests by various means.
What are my rights?
The GDPR was designed to strengthen your rights regarding the use of your personal data:
Right to information
It is your right to know what we will do with your data.
Right of access
This right allows you to ask us what personal information we hold about you.
Right to rectification
You may request that your personal data be modified if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to object
You may object to the use of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Withdrawal of consent
You have the option to withdraw your consent at any time without having to justify your decision when consent is the legal basis for the use of your data.
Right to restriction
You may request that your personal data be "frozen" so that we retain it for a period of time at your request.
Right to erasure
You may request the erasure of your personal data if the legal basis for the use of the data does not preclude it (for example, requesting the erasure of your tax data would not work!).
Right to portability
You may request that we communicate to you or to a third party, in an understandable manner, the personal data that you have directly provided to us.
Post-mortem rights
You have the option of designating a person who will take care of your personal data after your death.
How can I exercise my rights or who should I contact if I have a question?
If you have any questions, or if you wish to exercise your rights (information, access, rectification, opposition, withdrawal of consent, limitation, erasure, portability, or post-mortem), you can contact our Data Protection Officer at the following addresses:
