At the heart of our corporate mission: focus on quality

Since its creation in 2006, Novabiom's business project has focused on ecological and social issues, with its activity centered on the development of miscanthus cultivation. In 2023, the company decided to go one step further by becoming a company with a mission and formalizing its raison d'être:

Create high-quality, ecological miscanthus solutions rooted in the local environment, in partnership with farmers

Quality is therefore central to the company's mission. Already present at the company's birth, the notion of quality goes beyond the "zero-defect product". For Novabiom, quality concerns processes, human and commercial relations, products, services, etc., with the ultimate aim of achieving customer satisfaction while fulfilling the company's mission!

A group of quality referents has been set up. It comprises one member for each team: upstream, nursery, production and downstream. Each team works actively to improve its practices, thanks to the guidance of the members of the Quality group.

Quality: enhancing skills throughout the company

The referents follow training courses to enhance their skills, but quality is everyone's concern. Quality zooms" are regularly offered to the whole company. Every employee is a stakeholder in the quality approach that is taking shape, and the entire Novabiom team is becoming a player in this dynamic of continuous improvement.

This involves formalizing existing processes and implementing new levers, both in the management of nurseries for rhizome production and in the production of pallets of mulch bales, for example.

Planting, planter maintenance, logistics, harvesting, etc., all the company's activities are involved, individually and across the board.

All Novabiom teams are committed to quality. Quality is implemented on a daily basis to meet customer expectations. It is also a real source of satisfaction and a way of valuing the work of every member of the Novabiom team.
